Due to the nature of the services we provide, we do not offer refunds for any services rendered, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, branding, design, content creation, consultation, advertising, or any other influencer marketing-related services.
Once payment is made and the service has been initiated or delivered, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable. We encourage clients to thoroughly review and understand the services they are purchasing before making any payment.
2. Cancellation of Services
While we do not offer refunds, you may choose to cancel our services under the following conditions:
Pre-Agreement Cancellation: If services have not yet started and a formal agreement or contract has been signed, you may cancel the agreement before the commencement of services without penalty.
Ongoing Services: If services are in progress, cancellation may be possible, but no refunds will be issued. You may be required to pay for the work already completed up to the cancellation point.
3. Payment Disputes

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve any discrepancies. However, disputes over charges will not result in a refund, but we will strive to find a mutually agreeable solution.
